Shopping Information

1. How long will it take for my order to ship?

Your order will typically ship within 2-3 business days after purchase date (processing times).  Processing times may be delayed when we have a high volume of orders during restock and launch dates. After the shipment order will be delivered in 48 hours.

2. Do you ship internationally? If so how much will it cost?

Yes, we ship internationally.  All international orders have a £8.50 flat-rate standard shipping option. Express shipping rate will vary for different regions-reflected at checkout.

3. Where are you located?

We are a UK based company, all of our orders are dispatched right from our warehouse in London, UK.

4. What is your returns policy?

We are happy to offer 14-day returns on all orders.  To request a return, please contact us at contact@reveriehair.co.uk with your name and order number, and follow the instructions provided in our email. 

5. Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order please get in contact with us at contact@reveriehair.co.uk, if your order has not yet been dispatched our team can refund you right away.

6. Gift with purchase returns?

Returning an item from an order that shipped with a free gift will require the gift to be returned as well. If you would like to keep your gift, or if it has already been used or worn, a fee (dependent on item) will be deducted from your refund.
