Refund and Returns Policy

Our return policy extends for a period of 14 days following your receipt of the item, giving you the opportunity to request a return. If your return request is approved, you will be refunded for the item you purchased, minus the original shipping charges.

To be eligible for a return, the item must remain in the same condition as when it was originally received – unworn or unused and still in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, you can reach out to us at contact@reveriehair.co.uk. Upon approval of your return request, we will provide you with detailed instructions regarding the proper procedure and the address for sending your package.

For cases involving incorrect products received, the procedure is as follows:

  • The customer is required to send photographic proof of the incorrectly received product to contact@reveriehair.co.uk.
  • We will facilitate the return of the incorrect product, with the requirement that it is packaged in precisely the same manner as when originally sent, in the same condition and packaging.
  • Upon receiving the returned product and confirming that it meets all specified criteria, a full refund will be issued, covering the return shipping costs.

In the event of a damaged product, the procedure is as follows:

  • The customer must provide us with:
    – A photograph displaying the damage to the product
    – A photograph of the packaging
  • Subsequently, we will coordinate the return of the damaged product, with the condition that it is packaged identically to how we initially dispatched it, in the same condition and packaging.
  • Following the receipt of the returned product and verification that it adheres to all specified criteria, a full refund will be processed, inclusive of the return shipping costs.

Please note that a product is considered damaged if it exhibits any of the following characteristics:

  • It contains broken components.
  • It features significant stretch marks.
  • Parts are missing.

For refunds concerning products that the customer simply did not like, the process is as follows:

  • Upon the customer’s request, we will provide the return address for one of our warehouses, with the associated return costs to be covered by the customer.
  • The customer is responsible for sending the product back to the provided address.
  • Once we receive the product and confirm that it satisfies all outlined criteria, a full refund will be processed.

Exceptions / non-returnable items: Regrettably, we are unable to accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Please note that items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
